What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personal information ("Personal Information") that we process when you are accessing or using CheckInKids's websites, apps, platforms, or other online or offline offerings (the "Services").
An Important Note
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the Personal Information that we process on behalf of our customers (childcare centers and administrators) through their use of our Services ("Customer Data"). Our customers' respective privacy policies govern their collection and use of Customer Data. Our processing of Customer Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our customers, not this Privacy Policy.
Any questions or requests relating to Customer Data (e.g., requests to delete information about your child on the CheckInKids platform) should be directed to our customer (i.e., your child's childcare center or administrator).
Will CheckInKids ever change this Privacy Policy?
We're constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will do our best to alert you to changes by placing a notice on checkinkids.com, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means.
If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.
Children's Information

Payment Processing
All payments are facilitated through Stripe, our third-party payment processing service. By using our payment features, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement and the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Is Personal Information about me secure?
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You are responsible for preventing unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately.
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest.

Through your account settings, you may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete the information you've provided to us, such as email, password, and contact information. - CheckInKids may send SMS messages to users for authentication, informational notifications, and reminders.

- Phone numbers we collect will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
